BYOU Programme – Official Terms and Conditions

  1. What is BYOU

    BYOU is the loyalty programme created by GIFRAB Italia S.p.A. to reward customers of participating stores through the collection of points, the earning of credits, and access to personalised benefits. Membership is free of charge and open to individuals aged 18 or over residing in Italy. The Programme is valid throughout Italy.

  2. How it works

    Each time you make a purchase in a participating store, you collect BYOU points: €1 spent = 1 point.

  3. Points

    • Points never expire and are not forfeited.
    • They are used solely to determine your threshold, Earn & Burn level, and access to higher status tiers.
  4. Credits

    Once the required threshold for your level is reached, you will receive credits, which can be used for future purchases.

    • Credits are issued within 24 hours of the last qualifying purchase.
    • Credits are not updated in real time at checkout.
    • Credits are valid for one year, from 1 March to 28 February.
    • Unused credits will automatically expire after their validity period.
    • Credits can be used in conjunction with promotions and sale items.
  5. Birthdays

    • Birthday rewards are managed through an automated customer journey.
    • If a purchase is made within 7 days before or after your birthday, 50 bonus points will be automatically credited in addition to the standard points earned.
    • Birthday points follow the same general rules as standard BYOU points.
  6. Reward Levels (Earn & Burn)

    • STEEL – €250 – 250 points – €10
    • BRONZE – €500 – 500 points – €25
    • SILVER – €1,000 – 1,000 points – €60
    • GOLD – €2,500 – 2,500 points – €200
    • DIAMOND – €5,000 – 5,000 points – €500
  7. Status Levels (Ongoing Benefits)

    • AMBASSADOR – €5,000

      Ongoing benefits: Personal Shopper, Complimentary Alterations

      One-off gift: Gift Box

    • VIP – €10,000

      Ongoing benefits: Personal Shopper, Complimentary Alterations, Exclusive Events, Private Pre-Sales

      One-off gift: Gift Box, Dinner for Two

    The total estimated value of the Gift Boxes available is €15,000 (fifteen thousand euros).

    Gift Boxes will be delivered within 3 (three) months of reaching the required target.

  8. Services and Rewards

    Ongoing services and one-off gifts are provided בהתאם to your status level.

  9. Programme Duration, Validity and Changes

    The Programme will run for a period of 5 (five) years and may be amended or suspended with 30 days’ prior notice.

  10. Data Required for Participation

    To participate in the Programme, you must provide your email address. You may also provide your mobile number to receive communications relating to the Programme.

  11. Termination of Participation

    • At the customer’s request, at any time;
    • At the end of the Programme.
