Is byou free of charge?
Yes, joining the byou programme is completely free of charge. Membership is open to adults resident in Italy. All you need to sign up is a valid e-mail address; providing a mobile number is entirely optional.
Do I need to make a purchase to register?
No, no purchase is required to create an account. That said, to start earning points you will need to shop at a participating store — every euro spent earns you 1 byou point.
Can I use byou in multiple stores?
Absolutely. The byou programme is valid nationwide across all stores belonging to the Gifrab Italia S.p.A. network. Points are collected regardless of which participating store you shop at.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you are free to withdraw from the programme whenever you wish. Simply get in touch with the CRM team at crm@gifrab.it and they will take care of everything.
